Government charges (stamp duty, registration, departmental fees) and out-of-pocket expenses are billed at actuals and are not included in our service fees unless expressly stated.

Our platform is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features, pricing, and content may change at any time.

7. No Broker / Agent Relationship

Property Pandit is a compliance-first listing and advisory platform. We are not a broker between buyer and seller. Where a transaction involves a third-party agent, that relationship is between you and the agent; our role is limited to verification and advisory services as separately agreed.

8. RERA Compliance

Property Pandit itself is compliance-oriented, but the RERA registration of a particular project is the responsibility of the developer. Buyers should independently verify RERA registration numbers on the Chhattisgarh RERA portal before booking any under-construction property.

9. Advocate Services

Legal advisory services rendered by Adv. Vicky Janghel or other empanelled advocates are subject to a separate engagement letter governed by the Bar Council of India rules. Scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in that engagement. This website is not an advertisement or solicitation within the meaning of Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules.

10. No Guarantee of Outcome
